The provider for distance (online) car rental booking requests is colliderwave.com (LLC). When you book online, we provide pre-contract information including clear provider identity details in accordance with:

Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" № 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, Article 17 and Article 19.

2) Online ordering and e-commerce information (if applicable)

If the booking/offer is completed on the website as e-commerce, the landing page publishes required information about the e-commerce entity in an accessible manner in accordance with:

Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 7.

3) Review of contract terms before you place the booking request

Before you place an order/booking online, we make contract terms accessible in a way that lets you review them prior to ordering, in accordance with:

Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" № 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, Article 19.

5) Changes, cancellations, and timing

If you need to change or cancel a booking request, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details in this document. Any change is subject to availability and may affect the final total cost.

Cancellation terms, if any, are provided at confirmation and may depend on the rental start time and the vehicle reserved.

6) Responsibility limits and accurate expectations

• We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We do not guarantee availability or final pricing until the booking is confirmed.

7) Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
